WELCOME TO MY MUSIC PAGE
I've been playing guitar since I was 12 years old. I entered college as a music major and received an Associate's Degree in Music from Macomb Community College. I switched to art and design for my Bachelor's and eventually my Master's degree.
Since high school I've been playing in bands and performing live shows. The majority of the music I've played has been rock music with the various bands.
I enjoy playing all kinds of music but I have a really special love for performing jazz music.
When I'm not performing with my band I primarily perform solo playing jazz guitar and instrumentals. I love being part of the full band experience but there is something special about performing with just you and your instrument. I feel it creates a much more intimate musical experience and helps to create a larger connection with the music. Most of the numbers I perform are instrumental guitar and sometimes accompanied by backing beats and rhythm.
